SETBACKS <br />All building setbacks are shown to conform to minimum B -3 setback standards. <br />CIRCULATION <br />• The Rice Street access was consolidated. The drive through will remain an exit only. <br />• The menu board has been shifted closer to the drive- through window (Northward) to <br />accommodate a number of vehicles (3) waiting to utilize the menu board. The length <br />of the drive- through, from the window to the pre -board is seventy -seven (77) feet. <br />•• Curb involving the vehicular route accessing the site via North Owasso Boulevard has <br />been modified. <br />PARKING <br />• According to ordinance standards and shown below 63 parking spaces are required of <br />the convenience restaurant. Currently there are two marked handicapped spaces in <br />the parking area. An additional handicapped space is needed for code. This location should not disrupt <br />vehicular and pedestrian circulation. <br />LIGHTING <br />• The thirteen (13) original exterior lighting sources have been replaced with ten (10) <br />one - thousand (1,000) watt light bulb sources for a total of ten thousand (10,000) watts <br />of light in the outside parking area.
