LANDSCAPING <br />• The landscaping has been refurbished. New sod has been placed along with several <br />flower and shrub beds. The beds are surrounded with rock. The sprinkler system is <br />working at the current time. <br />SIGNAGE <br />• General locations of both the site's primary sign and menu board will remain the <br />same. An additional menu pre -board is ordered and will be placed within the next six <br />(6) months to ensure timely service at the drive through window. <br />DRAINAGE <br />The drainage system (curb & gutter) in the rear of the property needs some repair <br />work due settlement. The curbing from the trash receptacle area to Country Drive <br />needs to be replaced due settlement. The repair work is scheduled to be finished prior <br />to August 25, 1998. <br />TRASH ENCLOSURE <br />• The trash receptacle screening enclosure has been relocated to the rear of the <br />property. The receptacle enclosure has been newly painted. The gates to the <br />enclosure are to be replaced in the next four (4) weeks. The new gates will be chain <br />link with slats replacing the old wooden gates. The painted enclosure and new gate <br />will be consistent and complementary to the principal building. <br />O'ruER <br />• There is an accessory shed attached to the principal building on the rear south side. <br />This building is used for storage of outside yard equipment only. This accessory shed <br />will be added as an amendment to the original CUP. This will be processed after the <br />review. <br />• The hoods and stove equipment are being replaced in the kitchen and the mechanical <br />permit and the company installing the equipment will apply for inspection. <br />• Fee to be determined after the review. <br />The fire inspection is scheduled for the second week of August. <br />Page 8 <br />
