Based on the above described scope of services we would propose to accomplish the initial set <br />up and rating of the City's streets in the Micropaver pavement management software for a cost <br />not to exceed $8500. We believe the entire rating system and exhibit could be completed <br />within 30 to 45 days of receiving authorization to proceed. If the City desires we would <br />provide the final pavement management system to you on computer disc so you could update it <br />yourself in the future. <br />If the City would like to undertake a pavement management system with their own staff we <br />would be available on an hourly basis to help with the software set up, street rating, input of <br />the data, and preparation of a graphic representation on an as needed basis. <br />We would be available at any convenient time to discuss this issue further.
