The Construction Manager shall assist the Owner in the pre- paration of Subcontractor Agreements (AIA A401 -1997) or other subcontractor Agreement acceptable to the Owner and Purchase Agreemtents and the Construction Manager shall re- ceive required Bonds and Certificates of Insurance and forward them to the Owner. The Construction Manager shall advise the Owner on acceptability of Subcontractors and material suppliers proposed by the Contractors. f. The Construction Manager shall prepare and maintain a list of Subcontractors with Contract amounts. Said list shall in- clude, as line items for total Project costs, such items as trash, toilet facilities and other temporary facilities. The Construction Manager shall provide recommendations and in- formation to the Owner regarding the assignment of responsib- ilities for temporary Project facilities and equipment, mat- erials and services for common use of the Contractors. g. The Construction Manager shall provide recommendations and information to the Owner regarding the allocation of respon- sibilities for safety programs among the Contractors. h. The Construction Manager shall assist the Owner in selecting, retaining and coordinating the professional services of sur- veyors, special consultants and testing laboratories required for the Project. i. The Construction Manager shall prepare, maintain and update a Project Construction Schedule for the Work. This Schedule shall be for the overall Work of the Project and shall be supplemented with monthly and /or weekly schedules. Consistent with this Schedule, the Construction Manager shall expedite and coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials requir- ing long lead times. 2.) Construction Phase a. The Construction Manager shall provide administration of the Contracts for Construction. The Construction Manager shall provide administrative, Management and related services to coordinate scheduled activities and responsibilities of the Contractors with each other and with those of the Construction Manager and the Owner to endeavor to manage the Project in accordance with the Project Schedule and the Contract Documents. b.
