MINUTES <br />PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT — <br />GILANDERI <br />ADDITION <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />February 12, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12 <br />day of February, 1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Paul Heuer, City Engineer <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the January 8, 1998 regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission were approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Dick Kimmes appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />of the preliminary plat for the Gilanderi Addition that consists of five <br />single - family residential lots. Kimmes pointed out that action on the plat <br />had previously been tabled pending additional information on drainage. <br />Since that meeting, a new drainage plan has been submitted for the plat. <br />The City Engineer reported he has reviewed the drainage plan and it <br />satisfies the requirements he placed on the developer. The Engineer <br />reported that post development run -off after a 100 -year storm must be <br />equal to or less than pre - development run -off. The Engineer pointed out <br />that the drainage plan for the plat includes the requirement for a ponding <br />easement from the property to the west. <br />Page 15 <br />
