MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA OCTOBER 24, 2012 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of October, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss Council Member Mr. John Keis Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw Council Member Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Planner Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Alan Brixius Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -10 -185 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 4, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, OCTOBER 10, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE OCTOBER 17, 2012 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. NATOA Mayor Blesener reported that the City's Cable TV Producer Vanessa AWARD — Van Alstine brought together CTV North Suburbs, the Ramsey - THE CARP Washington Metro Watershed District, and the University of Minnesota PROJECT to create a video about carp research that was done in the Phalen chain of Lakes and Lake Gervais. "The Carp Project" video was awarded 3`d place in the documentary - profile category of the 261" Annual Government Programming Awards held by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA). Blesener congratulated all those involved with the project.
