MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 24, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of <br />October, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Alan Brixius <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -10 -185 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 4, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, <br />OCTOBER 10, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />OCTOBER 17, 2012 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />NATOA Mayor Blesener reported that the City's Cable TV Producer Vanessa <br />AWARD — Van Alstine brought together CTV North Suburbs, the Ramsey - <br />THE CARP Washington Metro Watershed District, and the University of Minnesota <br />PROJECT to create a video about carp research that was done in the Phalen chain of <br />Lakes and Lake Gervais. "The Carp Project" video was awarded 3`d place <br />in the documentary - profile category of the 261" Annual Government <br />Programming Awards held by the National Association of <br />Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA). Blesener <br />congratulated all those involved with the project. <br />
