MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 24, 2012 <br />through the residential neighborhood to get the Market Place Shopping <br />Center. Given the length of fence that would be needed, this issue is more <br />challenging. Another concern is how tall the fence would have to be to <br />discourage the short -cut route. The Administrator suggested that <br />landscaping may be an alternative. His suggestion was to discuss this <br />issue further with the neighborhood to determine what the best course of <br />action would be. Keis suggested that the railroad be involved in the <br />discussion.
