A list of the name, number , and type of cannabis businesses and hemp businesses that will <br />sell cannabis plants , adult-use cannabis flower, and adult-use cannabis products, at the <br />event; <br />6. A diagram of the physical layout of the temporary cannabis event showing where the event <br />will take place on the grounds, all entrances and exits that will be used by participants <br />during the event, all cannabis consumption areas, all cannabis retail areas where cannabis <br />flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer <br />products will be sold, the location where cannabis waste will be stored, and any location <br />where cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived <br />consumer products will be stored; <br />7. Location of any barricades, street route plans, or perimeter/security fencing; <br />8. The estimated number of event staff, participants, and sponsors; <br />9. Any other information deemed necessary to ensure the safety, health, and welfare of the <br />people and lands surrounding the proposed temporary cannabis event. <br />D. Event Requirements. In order to be approved, an applicant must demonstrate the following <br />items will be successfully handled over the course of the temporary cannabis event: <br />1. Security. The cannabis event organizer must hire or contract for licensed security personnel <br />to provide security services at the cannabis event in compliance with the provisions of MN <br />Statute 342.40(3) as may be amended. <br />2. Limited and Controlled Access. The cannabis event organizer shall ensure that access to <br />the event is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and maintain compliance <br />with MN Statute 342.40(4) as may be amended <br />3. Clean Up. The cannabis event organizer shall ensure that all used, unused, and waste <br />cannabis plants, adult-use cannabis flower, adult-use cannabis products, lower-potency hemp <br />edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products that are not removed by a customer, cannabis <br />business, or hemp business are disposed of in a manner approved by OCM each day of the <br />event. <br />4. Transportation. The cannabis event organizer shall ensure that the transportation of <br />cannabis plants, adult-use cannabis flower, adult-use cannabis products, lower-potency hemp <br />edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products intended for display or sale and all such items <br />used for display or not sold during the cannabis event are transported to and from the <br />cannabis event by a licensed cannabis transporter. <br />5. Retail. Retail areas of the temporary cannabis event shall be in compliance with the <br />provisions of MN Statute 342.40(7) as may be amended <br />6. Insurance. Certificates of insurance may be required to ensure the public safety and welfare. <br />7. Noise. Any noise generated by the event shall be regulated in accordance with City Code <br />Chapter 2801. <br />8. Food. In the event food will be served at the temporary cannabis event, an appropriate food <br />license must be obtained through the county department of public health <br />9. Other Permits. Any other applicable permit such as an electrical permit or a tent permit,
