MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DUNE 10, 202C <br />Schwalbach introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-6-88 - APPROVING THE REVISED TOTAL PROJECT COST <br />OF $749,500, INCLUDING THE USE OF FUND 450 TO COVER THE CITY'S SHARE OF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Miller stated that he attended the opening of Art in the Park, which arose from an idea of a <br />member of the Parks and Recreation Commission and has grown over the past few years. He <br />provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Cable Commission Executive Committee. <br />Malone provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Little Canada Fire Relief <br />Association. She stated that the first 5k for kids was held and provided an update. <br />Mayor Fischer provided an update on recent meetings he attended related to community <br />outreach at the Hmong community center, and with the Association of Non -Smokers, Senator <br />Tina Smith's Transportation Director, the Regional Council of Mayors, and the Little Canada Road <br />informational meeting. <br />ADJOURN REGULAR MEETING AND MOVE INTO A CLOSED MEETING <br />There being no further business, upon motion by Miller, seconded by Kwapick, the meeting <br />was adjourned to closed session at 8:45 p.m. to discuss a counteroffer on last written offers <br />for easement acquisition on Little Canada Road Project. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Heidi H Iler, City Clerk <br />
