<br />Source Of Funds: <br />$5,000 was budgeted for in the 2026 Streets Capital Improvement Program, but upgrading to <br />the company’s trailer rather than purchasing a more inexpensive one resulted in a higher- <br />than-anticipated price. <br /> <br />There are sufficient funds in Fund 400 to cover the increased cost, and it is part of the city’s <br />financial policy to bring the purchase to the City Council for approval, since it is over budget. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends approving the purchase of the speed monitoring trailer from All Traffic <br />Solutions for $9,034. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
