<br />The total estimated project cost, including 10% contingency and 20% for indirect costs, is <br />$940,000. This is notably higher than the budgeted project cost of $650,000, due in part <br />to additional project scope added, coupled with general construction cost inflation since <br />the scoping-level estimate was prepared in 2023. <br /> <br />The project is proposed to be bid in June, a contract awarded in July, and a substantial <br />completion date planned for May 2027. The extended substantial completion date is due to <br />long lead time items associated with the lift station. <br />Source Of Funds: <br />$650,000 was programmed in the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Plan for this project <br />(Project Sewer-22).
