to Client for the amounts due for time spent up to that point. Client shall pay any invoice properly submitted by Consultant within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Should any invoice not be paid within 30 days of submittal by Consultant, Client will pay an additional 10% late fee. Compensation Not Contingent Consultant does not warrant or guarantee any particular result of the analysis other than that Consultant has the skills necessary to assist Client in evaluating the offer and soliciting additional offers. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY. All information provided by Client, including but not limited to cell tower leases, lease rates, and buyout offers will be kept in strict confidence. 5. TERM. General.
