F. Accessory buildings, accessory recreational buildings, garden sheds, and similar <br />buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non-commercial recreational <br />equipment or use, subject to size, setback, and other regulations in Section <br />903.020. <br />G. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) persons. <br />I. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />905.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set <br />forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and/or similar <br />structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the <br />community, provided that: <br />1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and required <br />setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no outside <br />storage. <br />3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided in <br />compliance with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />B. Farm Buildings, farm equipment and farming activities limited to crop production only <br />(no farm animals) provided that: <br />1. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Ordinance are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />905.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. (See Figure 905-1) For property final <br />platted into buildable lots prior to March 1, 2008, the following minimum requirements shall be <br />observed in an "R-1" District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications <br />set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area -Interior: 10,000 square feet <br />- Corner: 11,000 square feet <br />B. Lot Width -Interior: 75 feet <br />- Comer: 80 feet <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Any parcel of land upon which a single family residence was constructed prior <br />to June 25, 1980 shall maintain a minimum five (5) foot interior <br />side yard setback for the principal building, future attached <br />additions to such building, and from any existing or newly created <br />lot lines. Legally non-conforming accessory buildings constructed <br />on single family parcels prior to June 25, 1980 shall be allowed to <br />be rebuilt at their prior side yard setback distance, provided such <br />4~ <br />
