Other changes to the body of the district text from previous drafts relate to licensing <br />requirements. This draft removes the proposed restriction on the number of licenses for <br />major auto repair, and places a new limit of four such licenses on the Salvage Vehicle <br />Repair use. This item is scheduled for consideration by the Planning Commission at its <br />April 10th meeting, with a public hearing scheduled with the City Council on April 23`d <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />Staff recommends adoption of the revised I-1 zoning district language. The issue of <br />development and site conditions in the I-1 areas has been a focus of extensive <br />discussion and analysis over several years.
