Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -11 -206 — CALLING A WORKSHOP <br />MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2013, AT 6:00 P.M. TO <br />REVIEW THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING CODE <br />RELATIVE TO REGULATIONS FOR THE PARKING OF <br />VEHICLES ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, AND INVITING THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br />TO THAT WORKSHOP <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DECERTIFY The City Administrator reported that TIF District 2 -2 was established <br />TIF to assist District Council #82 (International Union of Painters and Allied <br />DISTRICT Trades) with their new building in 2003. District Council #82 paid off the <br />2 -2 outstanding balance of the "I'IF assistance this past May in order to allow <br />them to take 78% of the building to tax exempt status pursuant to MN <br />9 <br />
