MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 13, 2012 <br />ADJOURN <br />Duray asked about dumpster location. Reeves replied that he would have <br />a dumpster within the screened outdoor storage area. The City Planner <br />indicated that that was adequate to meet Code requirements. <br />Reeves noted that his proposal for the Ryan Drive location is merely an <br />extension of his existing business which has grown and can no longer be <br />totally accommodated at the Country Drive site. <br />Murphy recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow <br />Major Auto Repair and the Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor <br />storage of up to six vehicles at 190 Ryan Drive as requested by Richard <br />Reeves, Maaco, subject to compliance with the recommendations outlined <br />in the City Planner's report dated December 6, 2012. <br />Motion seconded by Maleitke. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />Duray recommended that the meeting he adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Hall. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. <br />Respect ullllly submitted, <br />ed <br />Kathy Glat er <br />City Clerk <br />-3 <br />
