MnDot is to evaluate additional sound reduction on the Unweave the Weave fly-over bridge by possible use of construction barriers on north side of bridge as well as review the sound source study that impacts the Twin Lake neighborhood given other potential sound sources from the freeway. K. Provide sufficient funding to Ramsey County to pay for the overlay of Rice Street from just north of County Road B2 to Market Place Drive. It is our understanding that MnDot has asked Ramsey County to delay reconstruction of this road segment given it will be an alternate route due to the impact of the MnPass project. The pavement is in poor condition and should be improved if the proposed reconstruction project is to be delayed until 2016.
