MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of <br />April, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />APRIL 9, 2008 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-4-94 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 26, 2008 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 26, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGAS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ARBOR Mayor Blesener proclaimed Friday, Apri125, 2008 as Arbor Day in the <br />DAY City of Little Canada, and announced that the City will hold an Arbor Day <br />PROCLAMATION celebration on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 1:00 p.m, in Spooner Park <br />SAVAGE Rocky Waite, 2651 Lakeshore Avenue, appeared before the Council to <br />LAKE discuss two issues of concern that he has with Savage Lake. One has to do <br />with the lake level and the amount of lily pads on the lake, and the second <br />has to do with what appears to be pollutants that are being washed into the <br />storm sewer drains at the Roseville Area Middle School into the wetland <br />area at Demont and Jackson and from there into Savage Lake. <br />
