MINUTES <br />CUP — 190 <br />RYAN DRIVE — <br />MAACO <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 19, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 19th day of <br />December, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in <br />said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -12 -213 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 14, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER 19, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />NOVEMBER 28, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider Conditional Use <br />Permits to allow Major Auto Repair as well as Outdoor Storage of up to <br />six vehicles at 190 Ryan Drive as requested by Richard Reeves of Maaco. <br />It was noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission have <br />recommended approval of these Conditional Use Permits subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner. <br />The City Planner reported that Maaco is proposing to operate a remote <br />repair facility at 190 Ryan Drive separate from their retail facility located <br />
