MINUTES CUP — 190 RYAN DRIVE — MAACO MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA DECEMBER 19, 2012 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 19th day of December, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Council Member City Administrator Finance Director City Planner Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. John Keis Mr. Mike McGraw Mr. Rick Montour Ms. Shelly Boss Mr. Joel Hanson Ms. Sharon Provos Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -12 -213 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 14, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE NOVEMBER 19, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE NOVEMBER 28, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider Conditional Use Permits to allow Major Auto Repair as well as Outdoor Storage of up to six vehicles at 190 Ryan Drive as requested by Richard Reeves of Maaco. It was noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval of these Conditional Use Permits subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner. The City Planner reported that Maaco is proposing to operate a remote repair facility at 190 Ryan Drive separate from their retail facility located
