MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 19, 2012 <br />RENEWAL <br />OF PAWN <br />BROKERS & <br />SECOND <br />HAND <br />Montour asked about the fencing and screening of the outdoor storage <br />area. The Planner noted that the outdoor storage yard for all three units is <br />combined. He indicated that while the screening will be verified, he did <br />not anticipate there would be a compliance problem. <br />McGraw asked if lighting is adequate. The Planner indicated it was his <br />understanding that no lighting would be added. <br />There was no one else from the public present wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by McGraw, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -12 -214 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR MAJOR AUTO REPAIR FOR RICHARD <br />REEVES, MAACO, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 190 RYAN <br />DRIVE, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN <br />HIS REPORT DATED DECEMBER 6, 2012 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012-12-215 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ALLOWING OUTDOOR STORAGE OF UP TO SIX <br />VEHICLES FOR RICHARD REEVES, MAACO, FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 190 RYAN DRIVE, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED DECEMBER 6, 2012 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
