MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 27, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />December, 2012 at the Old Fire Hall located at 440 Little Canada Road in <br />said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL,: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />MN DOT <br />Ramsey County <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Wayne Norris <br />Mr. Jim Tolaas <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MN PASS The City Administrator reviewed his report dated November 28, 2012 <br />LANE listing potential conditions of approval relative to the City's consideration <br />of granting municipal consent to the proposed MnPass project on I -35E <br />from Little Canada Road to Maryland. The Administrator suggested that <br />each potential condition be reviewed relative to its status. <br />A. Remove brush from fence and established plantings on I -35E <br />right-of-way along Country Drive from Water Works area to <br />Little Canada Road. <br />MN DOT has indicated acceptance of this condition. <br />B. In coordination with the City and work on MN DOT's storm <br />sewer pipes transversing under Country Drive and I -35, <br />address necessary repairs to the City's 15" storm sewer inlet <br />on Country Drive to eliminate the cause of the sinkhole in this <br />area. <br />MN DOT has indicated acceptance of this condition. <br />C. Reimburse the City for its cost to upgrade the Little Canada <br />Road Bridge in 2010. (Reimbursement to the City may be by <br />direct payment or some other improvement that results in a <br />
