RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2013-01 <br />SPRUCE STREET (Country Drive to Railroad) <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Spruce Street (Country Drive to Railroad) by full reconstruction <br />including concrete curb and gutter and an upgraded storm sewer system. This report was <br />received by the Council on January 23, 2013, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Spruce Street in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of benefitting properties for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to <br />the City of Little Canada of $ <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 20th day of <br />February, 2013, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 5:30 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23i' day of January, 2013. <br />Joel R.
