RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2012-06 <br />LITTLE CANADA ROAD (I35E to Edgerton Street) <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Little Canada Road (I35E to Edgerton Street) by reclamation of existing <br />bituminous surface, the addition of concrete curb and gutter, the addition of sidewalk, and <br />storm sewer improvements. This report was received by the Council on January 23, <br />2013, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost- effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Little Canada Road in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of henefitting properties for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total <br />cost to the City of Little Canada of $ <br />2. A public hearing shall he held on such proposed improvement on the 20th day of <br />February, 2013, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 6:15 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of January, 2013. <br />Joel R.
