MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 23, 2013 The final topic of discussion would be the goal to "Increase Community Involvement — Diversity" to better define what that goal means. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1 -14 — CALLING A WORKSHOP FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2013, AT 6:00 P.M. TO REVIEW RENTAL HOUSING LICENSING PROGRAM, MN PASS MUNICIPAL CONSENT, AND 2013 GOALS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2013 The City Administrator reported that proposed 2013 Improvements IMPROVEMENTS include the improvement of Spruce Street (Country Drive to railroad) by full reconstruction and the improvement of Little Canada Road (35E to Edgerton Street) by rehabilitation. A neighborhood meeting was held with the property owners impacted by the Spruce Street project and another is scheduled with those property owners impacted by the Little Canada Road project. The Administrator recommended that the Council schedule the improvement hearings for these two projects. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1 -15 — AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS, ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORTS, AND CALLING FOR IMPROVEMENT HEARINGS AS FOLLOWS: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2013 5:00 P.M. — SPRUCE STREET (FROM COUNTRY DRIVE TO THE RAILROAD BY FULL RECONSTRUCTION; 5:45 P.M. — LITTLE CANADA ROAD (FROM 35E TO EDGERTON STREET BY REHABILITATION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. COSTS The City Administrator reviewed his report dated January 18, 2013 FOR BURYING outlining the cost estimates for burying power lines along Little Canada POWERLINES — from 35E to Edgerton Street.
