MnDot is to provide active support and outreach to Little Canada businesses and <br />residents during the construction project. At a minimum, this encompasses timely <br />construction updates and advance notification of traffic changes and detour routes. <br />9. The City reserves the right to add any additional items in the Memorandum of <br />Understanding prior to execution for issues that arise during the design of the project in <br />order to protect the interests of the City, County or the general public. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said layout for the MnPass improvements within <br />the Interstate 35 -E corridor and within the corporate limits of the City of Little Canada are <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br />• Evaluate the source and potential removal of the sand plume from north•ast corner of <br />Savage Lake where it is believed an old MnDot storm sewer pipe discharged.
