• Potential sale of additional land along west side of plat to the property owners of <br />2952 & 2968 Arcade to solve some existing encroachments and help those owners <br />gain access to the rear portions of their property. <br />• Traffic calming where Pine Tree Pond Court intersects with LaBore Road. <br />The most difficult issue seems to be providing development access for the Brausens. The <br />plat as proposed complies with code requirements. However, if the development access <br />issue isn't resolved by the vacation hearing, the plat may not be able to proceed without <br />the right -of -way vacation. On the other hand, if we can find a workable solution, a <br />conditional approval of the preliminary plat keeps the process advancing without a loss of <br />time. <br />2 <br />
