Hanson <br />As part of the financing plan for the Pinetree Pond development, the developer is requesting that <br />the City assess 100% of the infrastructure costs on a short duration basis (3 to 5 years). The City <br />is anticipating receipt of a 100% petition for public improvement signed by Gordie Howe of <br />Masterpiece Homes. <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached is a resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and <br />Ordering Preparation of Feasibility Report. <br />
