PETITION FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT <br />100% OF PROPERTY OWNERS <br />To the City of Little Canada, Minnesota: <br />We, the owners of real property within the proposed Pinetree Pond development, hereby petition <br />for the improvement of public street, utilities, grading, and drainage including storm sewer <br />within said development pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and that the City assess <br />the entire cost of the improvement against the property within the Pinetree Pond development <br />and hereby agree to pay the entire cost as apportioned by the City. <br />Gordie Howe, Masterpiece Homes <br />Date <br />Examined, checked, and found to be in proper form and signed by 100% of the owners of <br />property affected by the making of the improvement petitioned for. <br />City Administrator <br />
