The project involves development of a professional, fully customized banner for the home page (containing up to 5 images, such as an official logo and/ or photographs from the community, as well as a stylish font treatment). Plus, GovOffice will create up to 2 more custom banners (up to 10 images total) for select internal sections. If the customer decides against the 2 additional custom banners for select internal sections, GovOffice instead will apply up to 2 additional custom banners to the home page. Very important: the Client will not have the ability to alter the banner photos via its administrative Web site. Any alterations to the banner photos can be made only by the GovOffice Design Team. Service Includes • 2 draft, 2 revision process • Choice of any template from the Design Center to be augmented • 1 fully customized banner for the home page (up to 4 images) • Up to 2 additional custom banners containing up to 4 images per banner (8 total) • 2 shortcut URLs to accompany the 2 additional custom banners —to be added to the Web site by Technical Support • Development of an effective color scheme • Adjustment of size to the menu, sidebar, and footer areas, if needed • Rollover ( "pop out ") menu feature, upon request, for simplified navigation of the Website • Split - Navigation feature (vertical and horizontal display of menu items), upon request • Incorporation of a background color or image (to act as a backdrop) supplied by the Client, upon request • Choice of placement of the "Search" box, upon request The Quotation for Design Service is valid for 60 days from the date above.
