g6-9 Process The Progressive Solution is a 2 draft, 2 revision process. This means that the GovOffice Design Team will create two design drafts (including banners), based upon the customers' stated objectives for the stock design template selected. Upon evaluation of the drafts, the customer will tell GovOffice the preferred draft (1 out of the 2) and requested edits. GovOffice then will revise it up to two more times before asking for final approval. Guarantees 1. No content —text, images, documents, and the like —that resides on the Client's existing Web site will be lost in the transition from the current design to the new design. 2. The Client will continue to have the ability to edit the contents of its Web site during and after the custom graphic Web design process. 3. The current Web site will not be offline or "under construction" during the custom design development process. 4. The amount of the Client's annual service charge (for Web site hosting, maintenance of servers, and toll -free technical support) will not increase as result of implementation of the new, customized Web design. Not Within the Scope of Service This design project is strictly a custom graphic Web design service. It does not include re- arrangement of the Client's Web content —text, images, documents, and the like —by the GovOffice team. Timeline While GovOffice strives to complete each client's custom design project as efficiently as possible, we do not guarantee the deployment ( "go- live ") of a custom design by or on a specified date. However, updates will be provided, upon request, throughout the process.
