Hanson <br />In reviewing the correspondence from the DNR (copy attached) <br />regarding the Gervais Lake water regulations, it was pointed out <br />that MN DOT regulates seaplanes and that there are only five <br />lakes in Ramsey County which allow aircraft, none of which are in <br />Little Canada. Therefore, Chapter 1302 of the City Code, which <br />regulates pontoon aircraft is not needed. <br />It is staff's recommendation that Chapter 1302 of the City Code <br />be deleted in its entirely. <br />Page 40 <br />
