MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 9, 1984 <br />Kennel <br />License <br />(Cont.) <br />Little Canada <br />Day Care <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 11 <br />not feel the neighbor's well would be effected. <br />Mr. Forsberg pointed out that sanitary conditions outlined in the <br />ordinance must be complied with for a kennel license. <br />Mrs. Scalze int oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84 -5 -211 — TABLING ACTION <br />ON THE RAYMOND KENNEL LICENSE UNTIL COUNCIL <br />CAN REVIEW THE CODE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (1) Fahey. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 227. <br />Mrs. Scalze requested that Council be given a copy of the Code. The <br />City Clerk replied that he would put this on the agenda for the <br />May 23rd meeting. <br />The City Clerk commented that Mr. Krejci of the Little Canada Day <br />Care feels that the City approved his building addition, and the City <br />records show that the matter was tabled. <br />Mr. Hanson pointed out that the Building Inspector will not accept <br />the letter from the State unless it is on State Stationery. <br />The City Attorney replied that the agreement has not been approved <br />by the School District. The problem lies in who will pay the legal <br />fees of the School Distric <br />Mrs. Scalze asked if the Park Charge has been paid. The Clerk believed <br />that it has. <br />Mrs. Nardini pointed out that nothing has been done about the <br />exit and also pointed out that the Brinkman liquor license is <br />up for renewal consideration. <br />The Clerk commented that this, too, is awaiting approval of the <br />School District. <br />handicapped <br />coming <br />Mrs. Scalze commented that the Brinkman's should be informed that their <br />liquor license is coming up for renewal and the exit matter should be <br />resolved by that time. <br />Page —17— <br />Page 49 <br />
