MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 23, 1984 <br />Kimmes Mr. Kimmes stated that the property would be combined into a single <br />Proposal property when his present financing arrangement is completed. The <br />(Cont.) Planner stated that the PUD agreement will be filed against the <br />title of the property. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ESOLUTION NO. 84 -5 -244 — APPROVING THE REZONING <br />1 OF THE KI`MES PROPERTY FROM B -3 TO PUD SUBJECT TO <br />THE ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS THAT AT THE TIME THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW GARAGE IS COMPLETED THAT <br />THE PARKING IN FRONT OF 339 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />BE ELIMINATED AND THE BLACKTOP BE EITHER <br />ELIMINATED OR BUMPER CURBS INSTALLED AND FURTHER <br />CONTINGENT THAT AT THE TIME LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />IS WIDENED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 35E BRIDGE <br />PROGRAM, THAT THE BLACKTOP AREA BE MADE GREEN <br />AREA IF FEASIBLE IN TERMS OF THE DRAINAGE SITUATION <br />AND FURTHER THAT THE GARAGE STALLS BOTH AT 347 <br />LITTLE CANADA ROAD AND 339 LITTLE CANADA ROAD BE <br />RESTRICTED TO RENTAL ONLY TO TENANTS OF THESE <br />TWO BUILDINGS <br />Raymond <br />Kennel <br />License <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 15 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes 0) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini. <br />Nayes 0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 259. <br />Mrs. Scalze :introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />/ / RESOLUTION NO. 84 -5 -245 - BRINGING TO TABLE THE <br />V RAYMOND KENNEL LICENSE MATTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey. <br />Nayes 0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 260. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that after reading the City's kennel license <br />ordinance, she is not in favor of a kennel. <br />Mr. Forsberg stated that under a kennel license, the property owner <br />can have as many dogs as they wish. <br />Mrs. Nardini stated that she heard that a person cannot get a kennel <br />license from neighboring communities.
