Hanson <br />As we discussed at the conclusion of our workshop meeting on February 20, 1997, Rusty <br />Fifield, Michael Schroeder and I will be meeting to define a process for selection of a <br />developer for the Rice Street/Little Canada Road redevelopment project. Items we will be <br />considering include fmancial resources, development references, tours of existing projects, and <br />additional submittals which will be needed in negotiating a development agreement. <br />This information will be available for Wednesday's meeting.
