1997 <br />PROTOCOL AGREEMENT <br />WITH <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AND <br />THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO <br />We have agreed to sustain existing contacts and to foster citizen and foster citizen <br />and specialist exchanges and to reularly inform the citizenry of these activities. The <br />present agreement is for 1997. <br />Thunder Bay, Ontario <br />1. An official Sister City delegation, which may include the Mayor or his appointed <br />representatives and representatives of the Sister Cities Committee, is invited to attend <br />International Friendship Days in Thunder Bay. <br />2. The Sister Cities Committee will continue to support in concept community exchanges <br />in the culutural and educational fields as identified to the Committee. <br />Little Canada, Minnesota <br />1.
