Hanson <br />It has come to our attention today that the antenna/tower ordinance adopted by the City of <br />Inver Grove Heights was amended from what was first proposed. Specifically the <br />provision addressing obsolete or unused towers was changed removing the requirement <br />for a bond or letter of credit. Attached is a copy of this provision from the Inver Grove <br />Heights ordinance as well as a copy of their Council minutes relating to this issue. <br />Page 1 <br />
