DOMINIUM <br />March 10, 1997 <br />Dear Resident: <br />Fax:612- 559 -9672 Mar 10 '97 17:23 P.02/02 <br />4410 / P <br />DOMINIUM.r 3/ � 5l <br />The purpose of this letter is to apologize for and clear up any confusion, ambiguity, and or <br />misunderstanding which may have been generated by either Or both of our previous letters dated <br />the l4's or the 21n of February, 1997. . <br />1) a) First and foremost, No One Has To Move! <br />b) No one is on notice to vacate their apartment. <br />c) MI current leases will be honored. <br />d) All existing residents whether they exceed the income guidelines or not, <br />may continue to .live at the Provinces after their current lease expires, 'subject to <br />executing a new lease. .. <br />e) For current month- tolmonth residents, their leases will continue to be <br />renewed at the then current market rate. <br />a) The properties current financing requires that a percentage of residents <br />meet certain moderato income restrictions. <br />b) From what we know, most of the current residents already qualify under <br />these guidelines.. <br />3) If you believe you meet the income guidelines attached, we reiterate our <br />request that you set up an appointment to fill out some paperwork with our <br />staff. If you qualify, you will receive $100.00 for your inconvenience. <br />You are not required to do this'as a condition of continued occupancy <br />'under your lease. <br />Should you have comments or questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact me at <br />your convenience. <br />Thank you for your cooperation and your interest in living in the Provinces.
