I am unable at this time to get you an exact date
when this will finalized. Donovan has removed some fuel tanks this past year and want the Mn,
EPA office to complete their files so the property can be purchased from the previous owner.
I can't give you a date on this either.
It is my understanding that a permanent office building can't be built on our land until the road
improvements to the east of our property are completed. If this is not the case - please advise!
These two areas must be addresses must before a permanent office can be constructed. In the
interim Donovan needs a temporary office at our shop. If there is any further information needed
please call and I will assure a prompt response.
/411
ohn L. Shamp
Donovan Construction, I
General Manager
Page 12
