Copies of our proposal, permit and
invoice are attached.
To the best of our recollection, it was approved by the City
of Little Canada to replace the collapsed septic system at this
property because there was not a service stubbed to his property
line from the main city sewer line. The main was within 1 -2
houses away from this property and connection would have required
a utilities easement from at least 1 or 2 neighbors in order to
run the piping from the end of the main to his property.' It also
would have requited the installation of a lift system since this
property is much lower than the street. Discussions with the
plumbing /utilities inspector at the City of Little Canada, Mr.
John Palacio, lead to his authorization to replace the septic
system for'which the permit was issued. The permit was taken out
on August 15, 1990. My job card shows that 3 men worked at this
location for 3 full days (although I do not have the exact dates).
My buried cable locations log lists my initial call as August 13, 1990,
with markings being completed by August 15, 1990. My invoice was
sent on August 21, 1990. It is. safe to .assume. that the work.was .
completed between August 15 and Aisgust 21, 1990.,' We, installed a
new septic tank and drain field at this address.
If you need further information, you will have to talk to the
plumber himself as he remembers most of our jobs pretty well.
Hope.this is what you.need. I did not FAX because permit would
not have copied well over FAX line.
Sincerely,
ki Aldridge
cretary- Treasurer
Quality Plumbing • Commercial & Residential • Sewer & Water
Page 56
