ITEM NO. 2 : PROJECT STATEMENT <br />This Garden Center facility at the Little Canada Knox Lumber Company is comprised of two <br />components; 1) a demountable, seasonal planthouse and, 2) a permanent painted steel pipe grid <br />from which a shadecloth fabric will be seasonally fastened. The purpose of this facility addition <br />is to provide a planting material source for the community. The service would be provided with <br />no negative impact on the community or to the existing infrastructure. <br />Page 5 <br />
