The provisions of Section 921 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance are considered and met. <br />Section 5. <br />Section 903.020.D.3. is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />D. 3. Accessory buildings in residential zoning districts shall <br />not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height, shall not be <br />closer than six (6) feet to any other building or <br />structure on the same lot, and shall not be located <br />within a public drainage, utility or access easement. <br />Subject to other provisions as contained in this section, <br />accessory buildings, uses and equipment may encroach into <br />the required rear yard, but in no case shall an accessory <br />building, use or equipment be located closer than ten <br />(10) feet to a rear yard or side yard lot line except as <br />may be specifically modified by this section or a <br />specific use district. Accessory sheds may be located in <br />required rear yards, but in no case shall such sheds be <br />located closer than three (3) feet to a rear lot line. <br />Section 6. <br />Section 903.020.D.5. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />D. 5. Subject to the other regulations in this Section, each <br />single family lot shall be eligible for the following <br />accessory structures: <br />a. Permitted Accessory Structures. <br />i. One (1) garage structure, whether attached or <br />detached; <br />ii. If the garage structure as permitted by <br />Section 903.020.D.5.a.i. is attached to the <br />principal structure, one (1) detached <br />accessory building in excess of one hundred <br />twenty (120) square feet which may be used for <br />Page 25 <br />
