In addition, approximately 65% of the existing residents would <br />meet the program guidelines. Consequently, we respectfully request the ability to qualify up to <br />65% of the residents under the housing tax credit program. <br />All the residents at the property are subject to the same credit and criminal checks. Every <br />resident is obligated to abide by the rules in the attached house rules and regulations attachment <br />to the lease. We will not tolerate a resident breaking any of these rules. <br />We are committed to improving the physical structure at the Provinces.
