GENERAL POLICIES <br />CHILDREN <br />Residents are responsible for the conduct of their children and their guests children. <br />Residents are to instruct their children not to leave bicycles, toys, tricycles, etc. scattered <br />around in the public areas. Strewn toys, etc. can be potential hazards to everyone's safety <br />as well as being unattractive and an inconvenience to neighbors. (Refer to the section <br />entitled "Community Appearance. ") <br />KEYS AND LOCKS <br />Each resident is supplied with one key to their apartment, building and mailbox. All keys <br />are to be returned promptly to the Office upon vacating your <br />replacement keys are to be issued at the Rental Office. There will be a minimum $5.00 <br />charge per key for this service. If you lose your keys and need to have your lock changed, <br />there is a charge of $75.00. a serious <br />Under no breach of your Lease cand security. All door lockshw�ebee changed swh whenever vacancy <br />occurs. <br />PETS <br />You may keep a small, caged bird, or aquarium in your unit; however, dogs, cats and <br />other small animals are not allowed. Your friends and relatives are to leave their pets at <br />home when visiting the property. <br />AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES <br />All vehicles must be registered with the Office. "Junk cars" (i.e. flat tires, on jacks, or <br />bare wheels) and other non - operational vehicles of any kind cannot be parked or "stored" <br />on the premises.
