Automobiles and Other Vehicles (Cont'd.) <br />Expired license plates indicate a "stored" condition; in which case, the <br />vehicle will also be removed. <br />Under no circumstances shall any motorized vehicle, i.e. motorcycle, mini - <br />bike, etc. be parked or stored in your unit. <br />Married residents are restricted to parking a maximum of two vehicles in <br />the parking lot. <br />All single residents are restricted to parking a maximum of one vehicle in <br />the parking lot. <br />Normally there will be adequate parking for each unit in the community. <br />However, parking spaces are not guaranteed. Parking will be provided on <br />a first -come, first -serve basis. <br />Residents are nor permitted to change oil or perform repairs on their <br />vehicles in the parking lot/garages. <br />Campers, boats, etc., may only be parked in the garages (if available). <br />Recreational vehicles may only be parked at the property for a maximum of <br />three (3) days. <br />Do not leave any items in your car that a thief might think are valuable. <br />Report any suspicious activity in and around the parking lot to the Police <br />Department and to the On -site Manager. <br />Dominium Management Services, Inc. <br />Rev. 2/97 <br />Page 28 <br />Pale 7 ( ) <br />Resident <br />Initials <br />
