MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 20, 1995 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 -12 -287 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br />FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO PERMIT A TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING UNTIL <br />A PERMANENT OFFICE BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTED ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 53 S. OWASSO BLVD. AS REQUESTED BY <br />DONOVAN CONSTRUCTION SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AS WELL AS <br />THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />DECEMBER 8, 1995, AND WITH THE ADDITIONAL CONDITION <br />THAT THE PERMIT FOR THE TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING BE <br />FOR ONE YEAR'S DURATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RENEWAL OF Fahey opened the public hearing to consider renewal <br />PAWN SHOP of the Pawn Shop License and Second Hand Goods Dealers <br />LICENSE- License for Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry at 2750 Rice Street. <br />LINCOLN <br />PAWN & There was no one from the general public present <br />JEWELRY wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Pedersen, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 -12 -288 - APPROVING RENEWAL OF THE <br />PAWN SHOP LICENSE AND SECOND HAND GOODS DEALERS LICENSE <br />FOR LINCOLN PAWN & JEWELRY AT 2750 RICE STREET FOR THE <br />LICENSE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1996 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, <br />1996 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, LaVaile, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />1996 Fahey opened the public hearing to consider adoption <br />BUDGET of the 1996 Budget. There was no one present from the <br />general public wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Pedersen, seconded by LaVaile, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />The City Administrator reported that he has revised the <br />1996 Budget based on Council discussion which occurred <br />Page 4 <br />
