MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 20, 1995 Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95 -12 -287 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO PERMIT A TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING UNTIL A PERMANENT OFFICE BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTED ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 53 S. OWASSO BLVD. AS REQUESTED BY DONOVAN CONSTRUCTION SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AS WELL AS THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED DECEMBER 8, 1995, AND WITH THE ADDITIONAL CONDITION THAT THE PERMIT FOR THE TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING BE FOR ONE YEAR'S DURATION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (4) LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RENEWAL OF Fahey opened the public hearing to consider renewal PAWN SHOP of the Pawn Shop License and Second Hand Goods Dealers LICENSE- License for Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry at 2750 Rice Street. LINCOLN PAWN & There was no one from the general public present JEWELRY wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95 -12 -288 - APPROVING RENEWAL OF THE PAWN SHOP LICENSE AND SECOND HAND GOODS DEALERS LICENSE FOR LINCOLN PAWN & JEWELRY AT 2750 RICE STREET FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1996 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1996 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Morelan, LaVaile, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 1996 Fahey opened the public hearing to consider adoption BUDGET of the 1996 Budget. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Pedersen, seconded by LaVaile, the public hearing was closed.
