DRAFT RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, Commissioner Bennett has requested that a sixth site <br />be evaluated for the new Ramsey County Adult Detention Center; and <br />WHEREAS, This property is already owned by Ramsey County, and <br />is located near the intersection of I -694 and Rice Street; Now, <br />Therefore, Be It <br />RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners hereby <br />authorizes the Adult Detention Center Management Team to add the <br />site of the maintenance property located in the area of 1-694 and <br />Rice Street to its evaluation process. <br />Page 168 <br />
