Hanson <br />Attached is a letter from Mr. Carl Marsh of Brooks Fiber Communications, Inc. requesting <br />permission to place overhead facilities on existing NSP poles. This request is being made <br />pursuant to Section 3C of the Right -of -way Agreement we adopted at our last Council meeting. <br />(Brooks Fiber approved the Agreement as presented.) You will note that they are indicating <br />should NSP's overhead facilities be placed underground, they would relocate their lines <br />underground at no cost to the City. <br />I am recommending approval of their request subject to staff's review of engineering drawings to <br />be submitted prior to construction. <br />7RH:kpv <br />Enclosure <br />Page 37 <br />
