Further rationale for our placement on the NSP poles is the fact that the poles already
exist. We do not have any plans for placement of any new poles and we have agreed to
go underground in areas where existing pole lines are not already in place. We have
further agreed with the City that we will be responsible for the costs incurred with
relocation of our facilities should future City plans dictate removal of existing poles and
appurtenances and subsequent placement underground.
I hope that this letter will help confirm the understanding between the City of Little
Canada and Brooks Fiber Communications and has provided appropriate input regarding
the nature of our construction within your city. Should you, or any members of your city
council have any further questions in this regard, please contact me at (314)909 -5583.
We appreciate your time and assistance in the preparation of the Right -of -Way agreement
that governs our relationship. We are awaiting final executed copies of the document for
our records. Brooks looks forward to providing competitive pricing and advanced
technological telecommunication services to your business patrons and community
residents well into the future.
Carl D.
