Hanson <br />Ramsey County is proposing to turn back McMenemy Road in 1997. There appears to be <br />some problems in that any turn back we accept is only coming back at 80% allowable <br />mileage versus the 100% that was proposed at the time the functional consolidation plan <br />was agreed to. This means that we need to have available excess mileage to accept these <br />streets and put them on the MSA system. <br />I am doing further research into the implications of this problem. I will have a <br />recommendation for Wednesday's meeting. <br />Page 59 <br />
