CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Staff have recommended to the City Council of the City of <br />Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the street hereinafter described should he designated as a <br />Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, that the street described as follows, to-wit: <br />MSAS No, Street faun TQ <br />112 McMenemy Street Viking Drive litCanadaRcad <br />be, and hereby is, established, located and designated as a Municipal State Aid street of said City, subject to <br />the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and <br />that upon his approval of the designation of said road, the same be constructed, improved and maintained as <br />a Municipal State Aid street of the City of Little Canada to be numbered and known as a Municipal State Aid <br />street as indicated above. <br />ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />CERTIFICATE <br />Mike Fahey, Mayor <br />I, Joel Hanson, City Administrator of the City of Little Canada, hereby certify that the foregoing <br />resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the Little Canada City Council on this 23rd day <br />of April, 1997. <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Page 60 <br />
